This presentation will cover:

  • The foundation for information management and ensuring quality in the numbers that business leaders rely on.

  • Building opportunities for internal innovation.

  • Awareness of internal issues & struggles that must be addressed to ensure organisations are on their best footing to compete in the era of digital disruption.

  • Intraversed’s award-winning methodology for transforming the information management landscape of businesses to secure these foundations and achieve these outcomes.

Mark says

“When businesses need to resolve issues with reporting and analytics, business analysts must master the unique balance of seeing the information issues from both the business and the IT perspectives. But unless they’ve been taught what to look for and where to look for it, this perspective will not result in successful projects and better outcomes for businesses. I’ll be speaking on how BAs can help to establish visibility, accountability, capability and measurability over the information management landscape, to ensure IT builds deliver.”
