Businesses face significant risk
from poorly defined language

Mitigating unseen risk
through language definition

Your business language underpins the success of
internal communications, IT project implementation,
regulatory & financial reporting and more.

Don't leave it to chance.

Business definition writing isn't a skill that people are born with.

Good written & verbal communication skills don't automatically translate to great definitions. That's because business definitions require a specific set of inclusions to ensure clarity, detail, efficiency and accuracy.

We've been helping businesses write definitions for a combined 60+ years.
We've never seen a business get it right without specific training.

FAQ

Will the web class be live or recorded?

Every class is live, with time allowed for questions.

Will there be a replay – that time doesn't work for me?

Yes, all registrants will receive a playback link, which will be available for 5 days after the web class.

Will I actually gain any skills I can put into practice in this class?

Great definition writing is a learned skill, and it takes a lot more information & practice than we can fit into a one hour class — which is why we run a 9-week training program for those wanting comprehensive definition writing training. But we aim to make this class as useful and accessible as possible.
